What do you want to create in your life?
Better relationships? Less stress? More happiness?
Seeking therapy can be a difficult decision to make and I commend you for taking the first step towards creating the change you desire in your life.
I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Over the last 12 years I have focused on working with others to move through depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief and loss as well as phase of life transitions.
My approach to therapeutic work is rooted in the belief that change can occur when a person is provided a safe space to explore their struggles and create solutions. By utilizing art materials and verbal processing I am able to assist you in a self directed process to increase your personal awareness and understanding.
No formal art training is required for participation in art therapy; the focus of the art making is about thoughts, feelings and the process of creating.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and have extensive experience providing treatment for pre adolescents, adolescents and adults.
