In 1998 I was struggling with where to live and what to do with my life.  In true '20something' form I hit the open road; visiting friends and family across the US.  Within a few months I arrived in Santa Fe, NM.  My intention was just to stay for a few weeks, do some odd jobs and travel on to Arizona.  One thing led to another and I ended up making Santa Fe my home for over five years.  In 2000 I began my journey though graduate school at Southwestern College.

This is where I received my Masters of Art in Art Therapy.  It is also where I found my passion for working with others.  My education not only taught me intellectually but also emotionally, physically and spiritually.  After graduation I decided it was time to move back to the Chicago area and begin my practice.

Over the last 17 years, I have worked with others to move through depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief and loss as well as a variety of life transitions. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC).

My passion is working with individuals that truly want change in their lives. People who are curious souls that are willing to look within themselves and ask the questions that propel them into their journey.

I enjoy creating a vibrant home, delicious food and a life with my family that encompasses laughter, love and of course...ART.
